Seth Rudetsky and James Wesley's series of benefit concerts, Concert for America: Stand Up, Sing Out!, is soon coming to Washington, D.C., and they've announced an impressive initial roster of Broadway stars for this latest event.

Chita Rivera, Judy Kuhn, Kerry Butler, and Christine Pedi will be participating in the 10th edition of the concert series, to take place at Signature Theatre on November 27. More talent will be announced later.

A concert of songs, comedy, and commentary, Concert for America is created and hosted by Rudetsky and Wesley, who also organized the "Broadway for Orlando/What the World Needs Now Is Love" recording. The monthly series debuted at Town Hall, which serves as its New York home.

Proceeds from Concert for America: Stand Up, Sing Out! will benefit five national organizations working to protect human rights: Sierra Club Foundation, Southern Poverty Law Center, National Immigration Law Center, NAACP, and National Coalition Against Domestic Violence.
