Laura Benanti Announces 2018 Concert Dates

The Tony-winning actress will perform her solo concert as well as her mother-daughter cabaret.

Tony Award winner Laura Benanti has announced a set of upcoming concert dates for both her solo show, Tales from Soprano Isle, and The Story Goes On, her joint show with her mother Linda Benanti.

The Story Goes On will stop at the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C. (March 9), the Landmark on Main Street in Port Washington, New York (April 14), and Feinstein’s at the Nikko in San Francisco (May 11-13) for a special Mother’s Day weekend. Benanti will perform solo at the South Orange Performing Arts Center in New Jersey (March 10), the Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts in Arizona (March 17, with Seth Rudetsky), the Victory Gardens Theater in Chicago (March 18), Barrington Stage Company in Pittsfield, Massachusetts (July 23), The Cabaret! in Indianapolis (July 27-28), and Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah (September 7).

Benanti made her Broadway debut at 18, starring opposite Richard Chamberlain in The Sound of Music. Since then, she has appeared in nine Broadway shows and been nominated for five Tony Awards, winning for her performance as Louise in Gypsy. Her television credits include The Detour (current series regular), Nashville, Supergirl, The Good Wife, and frequent appearances as Melania Trump on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert.
