Performances of The Little Foxes begin tonight at Arena Stage at the Mead Center for American Theater.

Emmy winner Marg Helgenberger (CSI: Crime Scene Investigation) stars as Regina Giddens clawing her way to wealth with her equally calculating brothers. When their plan to control the local cotton mill is thwarted, they turn to ever more devious schemes, even as it further divides their family. The script from playwright Lillian Hellman explores greed, betrayal, and all the sordid ties that bind as it takes sibling rivalry to unimaginable heights and reveals how far a ruthless family can bend the rules before they break one another.

Joining Helgenberger are Kim James Bey (Addie), Edward Gero (Benjamin Hubbard), Megan Graves (Alexandra Giddens), Isabel Keating (Birdie Hubbard), Gregory Linington (Oscar Hubbard), Stanton Nash (Leo Hubbard), David Emerson Toney (Cal), James Whalen (William Marshall), and Jack Willis (Horace Giddens). Kyle Donnelly directs.

The creative team includes Mikiko Suzuki MacAdams (set design), Jess Goldstein (costume design), Nancy Schertler (lighting design), Ryan Rumery (original composition and sound design), Anne Nesmith (wig design), Mary Coy (dialect coach), Christi B. Spann (stage manager), and Kristen Mary Harris (assistant stage manager).

Performances are scheduled to run through October 30.
