Alexa Doggett

Alexa Doggett is currently a junior at Coastal Carolina University pursuing a BFA in Musical Theatre where she has performed in The Laramie Project, The Music Man, The Philadelphia Story, as well as workshopped Doug Cohen and Zoe Samuel's new musical Helen of Troy and the world premiere of Bigfoot and Other Lost Souls by Tony winner Mark Hollman. Originally from Austin, Texas, she has performed professionally with Zach Theatre, Summer Stock Austin, and Theatre Under the Stars (Houston). Most recently she spent her summer with The Gretna Theatre in Mt. Gretna, PA playing Jan in Grease. In addition to her acting studies, this will be Alexa's second year working for the theatre department as the Student Recruitment Coordinator- scheduling, organizing, and running the auditions for the BFA Programs. She also serves as Vice-President for the CCU student theatre organization Upstage, obessively collects monologues, and regularly plans things without anyone asking her to do so.
