Off-Broadway's 39 Steps will offer a Producer’s Pick performance tonight at 7pm to benefit the Actors Fund. The Producer’s Pick tickets are donated by the producers, and all proceeds from the sale of these select tickets to this regular performance will go to the Actors Fund. 39 Steps is now playing at the Union Square Theatre.

39 Steps is a comedic spoof of the classic 1935 film, with only 4 actors portraying more than 150 characters. The story follows dashing hero Richard Hannay (Robert Petkoff) as he races to solve the mystery of the 39 Steps.

Adapted by Patrick Barlow from an original concept by Simon Corble and Nobby Dimon, and based on the book by John Buchan and the classic 1935 Alfred Hitchcock film, 39 Steps features direction by Maria Aitken, lighting design by Kevin Adams, sound design by Mic Pool, and scenic and costume design by Peter McKintosh.

39 Steps features original Broadway cast member Arnie Burton reprising his role of Clown #2, Billy Carter as Clown #1, Brittany Vicars as Pamela, Annabella, and Margaret, and Robert Petkoff as Richard Hannay.
