Boston's Lyric Stage Company has announced its 2019-2020 season.
The season will open with Alan Menken and Howard Ashman's , directed and choreographed by Rachel Bertone. It will run August 30-October 6.
Also on tap are The Thanksgiving Play by Larissa Fasthorse (October 18-November 10); Agatha Christie's Murder on the Orient Express adapted by Ken Ludwig (November 22-December 22); Bekah Brunstetter's The Cake (January 10-February 9); Max Posner's The Treasurer (February 21-March 22); Lynn Nottage's Fabulation, or The Re-Education of Undine (April 3-May 3); and Robert L. Freedman and Steven Lutvak's A Gentleman's Guide to Love and Murder (May 15-June 21).
