Mary-Louise Parker and Bruce Willis announced the nominees this morning at the Paramount Hotel.
At 8:30 this morning at the Diamond Horseshoe at the Paramount Hotel, Mary-Louise Parker and Bruce Willis announced the nominees for the 2015 Tony Awards. The list included several nominations for new Broadway musicals Fun Home, An American in Paris, and Something Rotten! as well as stage and screen stars including Bradley Cooper, Helen Mirren, Elisabeth Moss, Carey Mulligan, Bill Nighy, Ken Watanabe, and Ruth Wilson.
In addition to Fun Home and Something Rotten!, the best musical nominees are An American in Paris and The Visit. The four nominees for Best Play are The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time, Disgraced, Hand to God, and Wolf Hall: Parts One & Two.
The Tony Awards ceremony will be broadcast live on CBS from Radio City Music Hall on Sunday, June 7. Broadway stars Kristin Chenoweth (who is also a 2015 Tony nominee for On the Twentieth Century) and Alan Cumming (Cabaret) have just been announced to host.
