The Emmy winner and Tony nominee lead the cast in a production directed by David Schwimmer.
Emmy winner Anna Gunn (Breaking Bad) and Tony nominee Billy Magnussen (Vanya and Sonia and Masha and Spike) will star in Second Stage Theatre's production of Laura Eason's Sex With Strangers. The drama will be directed by stage and screen actor David Schwimmer.
Sex With Strangers, which begins preview at Second Stage on July 8, tells the story of young blogger Ethan (Magnussen) and his sex-driven relationship with Olivia, an obscure, older novelist (Gunn). The opening is set for July 30.
Eason is currently a story editor on season three of Netflix's House of Cards, after having written the series' second season. Sex With Strangers has previously played the Sydney Theatre Company in Australia and Steppenwolf Theatre in Chicago.
Sex With Strangers will feature set design by Andromache Chalfant, costume design by ESosa, lighting design by Japhy Weideman, and sound design by Fitz Patton.
