Emily Mann directs the world premiere.
Cast and creative team have been announced for McCarter Theatre Center's world premiere of Sharyn Rothstein’s All the Days. The play is set to run from April 29-May 29, with McCarter Theatre Center’s artistic director Emily Mann helming the production.
All the Days follows Ruth, a Long Island native whose deteriorating health leads her to stay with her grown daughter Miranda, who is trying to make a new
life for herself in Philadelphia. The cast will feature Caroline Aaron, Leslie Ayvazian, Justin Hagan, Stephanie Janssen, Rahael Nash Thompson, Ron Orbach, and Matthew Kuenne.
The production's design team includes scenic designer Dan Ostling, costume designer Jess Goldstein, lighting designer Jeff Croiter, and sound designer Mark Bennett.
Last year, the McCarter Theatre Center was named the 2015 recipient of the Edgerton Foundation New Play Award in support of All the Days. The play is the sixth McCarter world premiere to receive an Edgerton Award in the past eight seasons.
Rothstein's past work includes The Invested, Queen Bee, March, Camp Monster, Neglect, A Good Farmer, For Abigail Who Drowns Men, and By the Water.
