Blake DeLong, Larry Owens, and more will star in this special presentation of Ionesco’s play.
Casting has been announced for an upcoming reading of Rhinoceros, the first in a new series called Politics of the Absurd that will feature three classic absurdist comedies that speak to the current political climate.
Blake DeLong, Larry Owens, Colby Minifie, Daniel K. Isaac, Brian D. Coats, Deirdre Madigan, and Natalie Walker will join the reading of Eugène Ionesco's play. Srđa Vasiljević will direct.
The reading will take place at Baruch Performing Arts Center February 5-7. As previously announced, the rest of the series will feature Steven Berkoff's stage adaptation of Franz Kafka's The Trial March 5-7, and Harold Pinter's The Hothouse April 5-7. Politics of the Absurd is presented by the 2016 T. Fellow Christopher Maring/CM Stage Productions.
