The production at Lyric Stage will be directed by Spiro Veloudos.
Lyric Stage Company has announced casting for its production of Stephen Sondheim and George Furth’s Company. Artistic director Spiro Veloudos will direct the production, which will run from September 2-October 9.
The company will include John Ambrosino as Robert, Kerri Wilson as Sarah, Davron S. Monroe as Harry, Elise Aresenault as Susan, Matthew Zahnzinger as Peter, Teresa Winner Blume as Jenny, Todd Yard as David, Erica Spyres as Amy, Tyler Simahk as Paul, Leigh Barrett as Joanne, Will McGarrahan as Larry, Carla Martinez as Marta, Maria LaRossa as Kathy, and Adrianne Hick as April.
Company tells the story of Bobby, a commitment-phobic 35-year-old whose friends want nothing more than to see him settle down. The show, which made its Broadway debut in 1970, features music and lyrics by Sondheim and a book by Furth. This production will be set in the present day.
