The winter-holiday-themed cartoons of master artist Al Hirschfeld are the subject of TheaterMania’s third and final sneak preview of the New York Public Library’s “Line King’s Workshop” exhibit. Throughout his illustrious career, Hirschfeld sketched the holiday season quite a bit, whether it was legendary producer David Merrick in a not-so-jolly Santa suit or actor Patrick Stewart’s one-man Christmas Carol. Check out archivist David Leopold's collection of drawings in the gallery below.
