The new drama also stars Heather Lind and Morgan Spector.
Manhattan Theatre Club celebrated the opening night of Nick Payne's Incognito on May 24 at New York City Center – Stage I.
The four-person production stars Charlie Cox (Daredevil), Heather Lind (Of Good Stock), Tony nominee Geneva Carr (Hand to God), and Morgan Spector (Ironbound), who perform a total of 21 characters throughout Payne's nonlinear narrative.
Directed by Tony Award winner Doug Hughes (The Father), the play asks whether memory and identity are nothing but illusions as a pathologist steals the brain of Albert Einstein, a neuropsychologist embarks on her first romance with another woman, and a seizure patient forgets everything but how much he loves his girlfriend.
The show's creative team includes Scott Pask (scenic design), Catherine Zuber (costume design), Ben Stanton (lighting design), David Van Tieghem (original music and sound design), and J. David Brimmer (fight director).
