Chita Rivera Returns to Birdland for a Weeklong Set of Glamour and Showtunes

Broadway icon Chita Rivera is back at the intimate Birdland Jazz Club for a weeklong engagement. On October 7, Chita opened with an evening full of songs from shows like Chicago, West Side Story, and Kiss of the Spider-Woman. With her dance moves and high energy, the two-time Tony winner had the audience on its feet. Chita's daughter, Lisa Mordente, was also on hand to sing a few songs.
