Richard Dresser’s play, starring ”Veep”’s Gary Cole, begins performances tonight.
Closure starts tonight at New Jersey Repertory Company. Set on an exotic tropical island, the story centers on Jane and Peter. After the mysterious disappearance of their daughter during their spring break trip they have to rely on Detective Roy Hadley to get her back. However, even as he steps in to save the day, the detective may have plans of his own.
Written by Richard Dresser and directed by Joe Cacaci, the cast features Wendie Malick (Just Shoot Me!), Gary Cole (Veep), Victor Verhaeghe, and Biniam Tekola.
The creative team includes Brian Snyder (technical director), Jessica Parks (set design), Patricia Doherty (costume design), Jill Nagle (lighting design), Merek Royce Press (sound design), and Jennifer Tardibuono (stage manager).
Performances will run through July 19.
