Burstein will play a 16-week engagement in the musical.
Tony nominee Danny Burstein will return to Broadway on January 8 in the role of Alfred P. Doolittle in Lincoln Center Theater's My Fair Lady revival at the Vivian Beaumont Theater. Burstein's 16-week engagement will conclude on April 28.
Burstein replaces Norbert Leo Butz, who will play his final show on January 6. The revival of the Lerner & Loewe classic is directed by Bartlett Sher.
Burstein will join a cast of 37 headed by Laura Benanti, Harry Hadden-Paton, Rosemary Harris, Allan Corduner, Jordan Donica, Linda Mugleston, and Clarke Thorell, with Cameron Adams, Shereen Ahmed, Kerstin Anderson, Barbara Jo Bednarczuk, Heather Botts, Rebecca Eichenberger, SuEllen Estey, Christopher Faison, Steven Trumon Gray, Adam Grupper, Michael Halling, Joe Hart, Todd A.
