Gregory S. Moss' Indian Summer is currently in performances at Playwrights Horizons. Directed by Carolyn Cantor, the production will run through June 26.
Owen Campbell (The Americans), Jonathan Hadary (Golden Boy), Elise Kibler (The Heidi Chronicles), and Joe Tippett (Airline Highway) make up the company. The tale follows Daniel (Campbell), who, abandoned by his mom, is consigned to spend a summer with his granddad (Hadary) in a Rhode Island beach town. His vacation turns around when he meets Izzy (Kibler), a tough-talking young woman who happens to be taken.
