The world-renowned artist returns to New York with a brand-new bag of tricks.
Helder Guimarães, one of the world's premier close-up magic artists, brings his new show Verso to New World Stages this fall.
Guimarães returns to New York following his sold-out 2014 run in Nothing to Hide, in which he costarred with fellow magician Derek DelGaudio and was directed by Neil Patrick Harris. Verso, which Guimarães both writes and performs, features creative direction by Catarina Marques, lighting design by Pedro Vieira de Carvalho, music by Pedro Marques, creative consulting by Kelly Devine, and direction by Rodrigo Santos.
Get an exclusive first look below at some of the close-up magic featured in Guimarães' new show, and see how Verso poses the questions: "What is real? What is impossible? What do you believe?"
The American-premiere production will begin performances September 19 in advance of a September 28 opening.
