The sixth annual Broadway Belts concert, benefiting the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation, has announced its final lineup of talent. The event, which will take place on February 29 at the Edison Ballroom, was begun by Broadway actress and comedian Julie Halston, one of PFF's leading advocates nationwide. Halston will also emcee this year's show.
Newly added cast members include Lisa Howard (It Shoulda Been You), Margo Seibert (Rocky), and Hunter Ryan Herdlicka (Once Upon a Mattress). They join Daveed Diggs (Hamilton), Randy Graff (City of Angels), Cady Huffman (The Producers), Judy Kaye (Cinderella), Robert Creighton (The Mystery of Edwin Drood), and Telly Leung (Allegiance).
Broadway Belts will be directed by Carl Andress with Christopher McGovern serving as musical director and musical supervision by Ed Windels. The benefit is produced for the sixth straight year by D. Michael Dvorchak, Sue Frost, Julie Halston, and Ed Windels.
The mission of the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation is to serve as a resource for the PF community by raising awareness, providing disease education, advancing care and funding research. The PFF collaborates with physicians, organizations, people with PF, and caregivers worldwide.
