Country star Jennifer Nettles, of the Grammy Award-winning duo Sugarland, made her Broadway debut this week as Chicago's latest Roxie Hart. This sent TheaterMania down memory lane to another Southern belle who hit Broadway with a bang. Reba McEntire made her debut in the 1999 revival of Annie Get Your Gun, replacing Bernadette Peters in the title role. However, unlike Nettles, McEntire did not have to trade in the twang for her pistol.
