Flashback Friday: Broadway's Matthew Broderick, Kristin Chenoweth, and Clyde Alves in The Music Man

In 2003, current Broadway stars Matthew Broderick (It's Only a Play), Kristin Chenoweth (On the Twentieth Century), and Clyde Alves (On the Town) all decided to "Give Iowa a Try," starring in Disney's made-for-television remake of The Music Man. Though Broderick and Chenoweth had far more musical-theater experience under their belts at the time, Alves had a leg up on the two big stars: his one Broadway credit was the 2001 revival of — you guessed it — The Music Man.
