A new Broadway version of George and Ira Gershwin's An American in Paris opens this Sunday at the Palace Theatre. The dance-filled production stars professional ballet dancers Robert Fairchild as Jerry Mulligan and Leanne Cope as Lise Dassin. But Fairchild and Cope are by no means the first to put their dancing expertise to work in this classic musical. Gene Kelly tapped his way through the 1951 film and performed the memorable "I Got Rhythm." Tap your own toes along to the video below.
