Full casting has been announced for the Paper Mill Playhouse production of Rodgers and Hammerstein’s Oklahoma!, to run September 17-October 19, with an opening on September 21. James Brennan will direct.
In this classic musical, the high-spirited rivalry between the local farmers and cowboys provides the colorful background against which Curly, a handsome cowboy, and Laurey, a winsome farm girl, play out their love story.
The principal cast will include Jonathan Brody (Ali Hakim), Beth Fowler (Aunt Eller), John Jellison (Andrew Carnes), Joseph Kolinski (Ike Skidmore), Adam Monley (Curly), Brynn O’Malley (Laurey), Brian Sears (Will Parker), Megan Sikora (Ado Annie), and Andrew Varela (Jud Fry). The cast will also feature Ashely Adamek, J. David Anderson, Dan Bogart, Stephen Carrasco, Drew Franklin, Cynthia Leigh Heim, Anne Horak, Ryan Jackson, Danielle Jordan, Sam Kiernan, Kimberly Lemieux, Sabra Lewis, Lauren Marshall, Ryan Sandberg, Steve Schepis, Kiira Schmidt, Elizabeth Stacey, Samantha Sturm, Kyle Vaughn, and Ryan Worsing.
The creative team will include Michael Allen (scenic coordinator), Gail Baldoni (costume design), Mitchell F. Dana (lighting design), Randy Hansen (sound design), and Patti Colombo (choreographer).
