Menzel serves as the National Ambassador for the annual event, now in its 18th season.
On Thursday, January 23, Tony winner Idina Menzel and students from her nonprofit summer camp, A Broader Way, helped kick off this year's Kids' Night on Broadway, an annual event where children age 6-18 get a free Broadway ticket when accompanied by a full-paying adult. Menzel, who returns to Broadway this season in If/Then and currently voices Elsa in the hit Disney animated feature Frozen, serves as an ambassador for this year's Kids' Night program, which takes place from February 24-March 2.
