The annual event kicked off with a fun party at Sardi’s.
The 20th anniversary edition of Kids' Night on Broadway kicked off on February 9 with a celebration for the youngsters of the Great White Way at Sardi's.
Child cast members from shows including Fun Home, Kinky Boots, The King and I, and more were treated to cupcakes, card tricks, and even their own fake Sardi's caricatures, before heading to their theaters and taking part in post-performance audience talkbacks.
A year-round national audience-development program of the Broadway League, Kids' Night on Broadway allows children age 18 and under to see a participating Broadway show for free when accompanied by a full-paying adult. Kids' Night on Broadway will take place in multiple cities around the country, including New York.
