Laura Eason’s drama will star Broadway’s Kyle Coffman and TV’s JoAnna Rhinehart.
George Street Playhouse has announced the cast of its upcoming production of Laura Eason’s Sex With Strangers, which will run from March 8-March 27. The production will be helmed by George Street Playhouse artistic director David Saint.
Kyle Coffman (The Mystery of Edwin Drood) will portray writer Ethan Kane, with JoAnna Rhinehart (Elementary) taking on the role of novelist and teacher Olivia Lago.
Sex With Strangers is the story of an affair between Ethan, a brash, young blogger-turned-best-selling writer who shares his sexual exploits with the world, and Olivia, a reserved teacher whose would-be writing career stalled after one book published years earlier. The play is produced in association with Philadelphia Theatre Company.
The creative team includes set designer Jason Simms, costume designer Michael McDonald, lighting designer Christopher Bailey, and sound designer/original music composer Scott Killian.
