Zac Efron, Michelle Williams, and more also star in the new musical film.
The Greatest Showman, a biographical musical drama about the life of P. T. Barnum, has released its first trailer, teasing its upcoming Christmas Day release. Directed by Michael Gracey and written by Michael Arndt, Jenny Bicks, and Bill Condon, the movie stars Tony Award winner Hugh Jackman as P.T. Barnum, founder of Barnum & Bailey Circus, along with Zac Efron, Rebecca Ferguson, Zendaya, Tony nominee Michelle Williams, and more.
We don't get to hear any of the new score by John Debney and newly minted Tony winners Benj Pasek and Justin Paul (Dear Evan Hansen, La La Land), but if you watch closely, you might catch a glimpse of Broadway favorite Keala Settle (Waitress) commanding the circus ring as The Bearded Woman.
