Girls Night: The Musical will play an engagement at Detention Chicago, running June 7 – August 26. Casting will be announced in the near future.
The show, written by Louise Roche, centers on a group of women who get together for a pre-engagement party for the daughter of one of their friends. As they celebrate, they perform such pop anthems as Gaynor’s “I Will Survive,” as well as “Girls Just Want to Have Fun,” “We Are Family,” and “Lady Marmalade.”.
