The New Brunswick theater rounds out the cast of its upcoming play by Tony winner Joe DiPietro.
Final casting has been announced for the George Street Playhouse production of Clever Little Lies, written by Tony Award winner Joe DiPietro (Nice Work If You Can Get It) and starring Emmy, Golden Globe, and Grammy Award winner Marlo Thomas (Relatively Speaking).
DiPietro's play follows a family as a web of secrets and lies is unraveled over the course of an evening, and a confidence shared between a father and son escalates into an unexpected revelation. Joining Thomas in the cast are Greg Mullavey (iCarly), Jim Stanek (Freud's Last Session), and Kate Wetherhead (Legally Blonde).
As previously announced, George Street Playhouse Artistic Director David Saint will helm the production, scheduled to begin performances on November 19 in advance of a November 22 opening. They play is set to run through December 22.
