The annual event will take place November 24.
The initial slate of performers has been announced for the 90th annual Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade.
Cast members from the Broadway productions of Holiday Inn and Cats will be featured during the show, as will the Radio City Rockettes and stars from NBC's upcoming Hairspray Live! broadcast. Hamilton Tony nominee Christopher Jackson will ride down the parade route, as will music superstars Tony Bennett, Regina Spektor, and Sarah MacLaughlin, among others.
The telecast is set to air from 9am-12pm on Thursday, November 24, hosted by Matt Lauer, Savannah Guthrie, and Al Roker of The Today Show. Additional Broadway participants will be announced in the coming weeks.
The Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade kicks off at 77th Street and Central Park West before marching down Columbus Avenue, turning onto Central Park South, and heading down Sixth Avenue to Macy's Herald Square on 34th Street.
