Hannah John-Kamen and Sally Ann Triplett have been cast in the new musical, Viva Forever!, which will begin performances on November 27 at the West End’s Piccadilly Theatre. according to published reports.
As previously reported, Paul Garrington will direct the production, which will have choreography by Lynne Page. The creative team includes production designer Peter McKintosh, lighting designer Howard Harrison, and sound designer Bobby Aitken, as well as musical supervisor Martin Koch.
With a book by Jennifer Saunders, the show, which is based on the songs of the Spice Girls, centers on a group of young women who achieve overnight fame, and how their success impacts their relationships.
John-Kamen’s credits include such U.K. television shows as The Hour and The Misfits. Triplett is currently starring in the West End production of Mamma Mia!, as Donna Sheridan.
