The Two River Theater production opens January 18.
Two River Theater has released new photos of its production of Michael Frayn's classic farce Noises Off, directed by Sarna Lapine. Performances run through February 3 with an official opening on January 18.
The cast of Noises Off includes Kathleen Choe (Belinda Blair), Kimiye Corwin (Poppy Norton-Taylor), Michael Crane (Garry Lejeune) , Gopal Divan (Lloyd Dallas), Philip Goodwin (Selsdon Mowbray), Ellen Harvey (Dotty Otley), Adrianna Mitchell (Brooke Ashton), Jason O'Connell (Frederick Fellowes), and Phillip Taratula (Tim Allgood).
The creative team includes scenic designer Charlie Corcoran, costume designer Valérie Thérèse Bart, lighting designer Ken Billington, sound designer Karin Graybash, and wigs designer Dave Bova. Lorenzo Pisoni serves as movement consultant with dialect coaching by Ron Carlos.
Produced at Two River Theater 20 years ago in the company's fifth-anniversary season, "Michael Frayn's Noises Off belongs on any list of the funniest plays ever written. In this celebrated backstage farce-within-a-farce, mayhem ensues as a third-rate touring theater troupe rehearses and then performs the ill-fated Nothing On."
