Jeremy Strong Set for TNT’s La Noir Pilot

Jeremy Strong has been cast in TNT’s one-hour pilot LA Noir, according to a report on Deadline.com. Frank Darabont will write and direct.

The show is based on the true story of a decades-long conflict between the LAPD and the ruthless criminal elements of city, particularly Mickey Cohen, a boxer who rose to the top of LA’s criminal world.

Strong’s theater credits include A Man for All Seasons on Broadway and Our House, New Jerusalem, The Coward, and The Hallway Trilogy Off-Broadway. His film work includes The Happening, Humboldt County, and Steven Spielberg’s forthcoming Lincoln.
