Jessie Mueller Gets a Beautiful Sardi's Caricature

Tony Award-winning Beautiful — The Carole King Musical star Jessie Mueller added a Sardi's caricature to her list of accolades, presented at a ceremony on Friday, January 23.

Mueller plays legendary singer-songwriter Carole King in the musical, which recently celebrated its first anniversary at Broadway's Stephen Sondheim Theatre. She also received a Drama Desk Award for her performance.

Mueller's stage credits also include the Broadway productions of Nice Work If You Can Get It, The Mystery of Edwin Drood, and On a Clear Day You Can See Forever, as well as the 2012 Shakespeare in the Park revival of Into the Woods. She continues her run in Beautiful through March 6.
