Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat
Screenings of the sing-along film version of Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice’s Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, set for Monday, March 26 and Wednesday, April 4, have been cancelled due to the illness of star Donny Osmond, who was going to participate in a live Q&A. He is on vocal rest.
NCM Fathom Events and Omniverse Vision will evaluate rescheduling the event when Osmond is recovered.
The pre-recorded version of this fully staged production, originally shot in 1999 at London’s Pinewood Studios was specially remastered for this in-theater event.
In addition to Osmond as the title character, the cast includes Maria Friedman as the Narrator, Joan Collins as Mrs. Potiphar, and Sir Richard Attenborough as Jacob. The musical follows the biblical story of Jacob and his 12 sons.
