Permission, a new play from Hand to God author Robert Askins, will have its world-premiere production from April 29-June 7 at MCC's Lucille Lortel Theatre. Tony nominee Alex Timbers directs the play, which follows Eric and Cyndy, who have decided to follow the lead of their friends Zach and Shelley and make Christian Domestic Discipline the foundation of their marriage.

The cast features Justin Bartha (The Hangover) and Elizabeth Reaser (The Money Shot), alongside Nicole Lowrance (Peter and the Starcatcher), Talene Monahon (The Seagull), and Lucas Near-Verbrugghe (Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson).
