The Broadway veteran will lend his expertise to aspiring musical-theater artists.
Tituss Burgess, Broadway veteran and star of Netflix's Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, will offer master classes this summer at the Middle Project in New York City. His first session will be held on June 22 and 23 from 11am-4pm, and his second on June 29 and 30 from 11am-4pm.
To be considered, potential participants are asked to send a video of themselves singing a song of their choice along with a current head shot and résumé to Titussmasterclass2015@gmail.com.
Admission includes two new selections for your book chosen by Tituss to be coached by him during class. The admission fee is $250, and the deadline for audition submissions is June 17.
Burgess' Broadway credits include Good Vibrations, Jersey Boys, The Little Mermaid, and Guys and Dolls. He is also known for his role as D'Fwan on the NBC series 30 Rock.
