The drama comes to Playwrights Horizons.
The Playwrights Horizons production of Taylor Mac's Hir is in full swing at the Peter Jay Sharp Theater. Directed by Niegel Smith, the work runs through November 29.
Hir is described as a "subversive comedy" that follows Isaac, who has returned from the wars to help take care of his ailing father, only to discover a household in revolt.
The cast is made up of Tony nominee Kristine Nielsen (You Can’t Take It With You), Daniel Oreskes (The Revisionist), Tom Phelan (The Fosters), and Cameron Scoggins (Pocatello).
