Laura Osnes and Santino Fontana Join the Cast of The Music Man in Concert

The Tony-nominated ”Cinderella” costars reunite for Transport Group Theatre Company’s one-night-only event.

Transport Group Theatre Company has announced casting for its upcoming concert presentation of The Music Man, set to take place on Monday, August 11, at the Irene Diamond Theatre at the Pershing Square Signature Center.

Directed by Transport Group Artistic Director Jack Cummings III, the cast will feature Tony nominees and former Cinderella costars Laura Osnes and Santino Fontana. The company will also include Andrew Keenan-Bolger (Newsies), Alexandra Silber (Arlington), Mary Testa (Queen of the Mist), Jill Paice (Matilda), Heather MacRae (I Remember Mama), Jeffry Denman (Passion), Stanley Bahorek (Little Me at Encores!), David Greenspan (A Midsummer Night's Dream), and D.C. Anderson (Queen of the Mist).

With book, music, and lyrics by Meredith Willson, The Music Man follows shyster businessman Harold Hill as he tries to dupe the citizens of River City, Iowa, with false promises of a boys' band. When the town's librarian catches Harold's eye, River City suddenly becomes harder to skip.
