Susan Stroman directs and choreographs the new Woody Allen musical.
Zach Braff, Marin Mazzie, and the cast of Bullets Over Broadway offered a preview of the new musical to the press at the New 42nd Street Studios on Thursday, February 13. Directed and choreographed by Susan Stroman, the show features a book by Woody Allen (inspired by his film of the same name, cowritten with Douglas McGrath) and a score culled from the tunes of the 1920s, including "Let's Misbehave," "'Tain't Nobody's Business," "Runnin' Wild," and "I've Found a New Baby." The principal company is also comprised of Heléne Yorke, Vincent Pastore, Betsy Wolfe, Brooks Ashmanskas, Nick Cordero, Lenny Wolpe, and Karen Ziemba. Check out the first photos from the Stro-tastic musical in the gallery below.
Performances will begin on March 11 at the St. James Theatre in advance of an April 10 opening.
