Matthew Perry's The End of Longing opened on June 5 at the Lucille Lortel Theatre. Lindsay Posner directs MCC Theater production, playing through July 1. Check out photos from opening night in the gallery below.

Perry, who makes his New York stage acting and playwriting debut, stars alongside Jennifer Morrison, Quincy Dunn-Baker, and Sue Jean Kim.

The play, which premiered last year at London's Playhouse Theatre on the West End, is described as follows: "An alcoholic, an escort, a self-diagnosed neurotic, and a well-intentioned dimwit walk into a bar. Broken and deeply flawed, they find their lives irreversibly entwined no matter how hard they try to break free of one another."

The production has scenic design by Derek McLane, costume design by Sarah Laux, lighting design by Ben Stanton, and sound design by Ryan Rumery.
