Neurosis Opens Off-Broadway

The new musical Neurosis by Allan Rice, Ben Green, and Greg Edwards celebrated opening night on Friday, August 17, at the DR2 Theatre.

Neurosis, with a book by Rice, music by Green, lyrics by Edwards, and musical direction by David Aaron Brown, is described as "a story about finding happiness, falling in love, and dealing with that little voice in your head along the way." Andy Sandberg directs and Shea Sullivan choreographs.

Jennifer Blood as Abby; Joel Blum as Kenny; Brennan Caldwell as Neurosis; Susan J. Jacks as Geri; Lacretta as Samantha; Ian Michael Stuart as Kurt, Larry, and Others; Morgan Weed as Neurosalina; and Kevin Zak as Frank.

The creative team is made up of Charlie Corcoran (scenic design), Jake DeGroot (lighting design), Michael McDonald (costume design), and David Sanderson (sound design).
