New York Theatre Workshop has announced its 2017-18 season.
The season will kick off in the fall with the New York premiere of Amy Herzog's Mary Jane, directed by Anne Kauffman. Kauffman will also direct Hundred Days, a new musical written by and featuring the indie group the Bengsons. Sonya Tayeh choreographs, and Sarah Gancher is the co-bookwriter.
The new year will bring the world premiere of Hammaad Chaudry's An Ordinary Muslim, directed by Jo Bonney. Caryl Churchill's Light Shining in Buckinhamshire will follow, directed by Tony nominee Rachel Chavkin. Marcus Gardley's The House That Will Not Stand, directed by Lileana Blain-Cruz, completes the lineup.
