Renowned soprano Renée Fleming was married to lawyer Tim Jessell over the Labor Day weekend in upstate New York, according to a report in The Washington Post.
Fleming is one of the opera world’s most sought after singers, and has hosted a wide variety of film and television broadcasts. She will perform the title role in Stephen Wadsworth’s production of Handel’s Rodelinda for the Metropolitan Opera later this season.
