The Orlando Shakespeare Theater, in Partnership with UCF will be presenting two classic Shakespeare pieces — Romeo and Juliet and Cymbeline — in rotating repertory.
These performances will feature Orlando Shakes newcomers Stella Heath (Juliet), Geoffrey Kent (Mercutio/Iachimo), Sam Little (Prince Escalus/Caius Lucius), Vanessa Morosco (Lady Capulet/Imogen) and Michael Raver (Romeo/Pisanio).
The full cast will also feature several Orlando Shakes regulars, such as Ryan Czerwonko (Balthazar), Johnny Lee Davenport (Lord Capulet/Philario/Belarius), Bradford D. Frost (Paris/Arvigarus), David Hardie (Tybalt/Posthumus), Wynn Harmon (Friar Laurence/King Cymbeline), Anne Hering as (the Nurse/Queen), Kraig Kelsey (Friar John), Amanda Leakey (Lady Montague), Megan Pickrell (Rosaline), Brandon Roberts (Montague/Cloten), Rudy Roushdi (Benvolio) and Michael Shenefelt (Guiderius).
This production of Romeo and Juliet, directed by Thomas Ouellette, will run from January 25 through March 17. Cymbeline, directed by Orlando Shakes Artistic Director Jim Helsinger will play February 10 through March 18.
