Outer Critics Circle Nominations Set to Be Announced

Broadway's Brian d'Arcy James (Something Rotten!) and Jennifer Simard (Disaster!) will head to the Algonquin Hotel tomorrow morning to announce this year's nominees for the Outer Critics Circle Awards. The event will be held at 11am.

Now in its 66th season of bestowing awards of excellence in the field of theater, the Outer Critics Circle is an association with members affiliated with more than 90 newspapers, websites, magazines, radio and television stations, and theater publications in America and abroad.

This year's Outer Critics Circle Awards will introduce a new category titled "Outstanding Video/Projection Design," increasing the number of award categories to 25. The winners will be announced on Monday, May 9, with an awards presentation to follow on Thursday, May 26, at Sardi's.
