The one-hour film, directed by Susan Froemke, celebrates Levine’s 40th anniversary as a conductor at the Metropolitan Opera and features footage of coaching sessions, rehearsals, performances, as well as interviews with various artists.

Among the film’s highlights are a conversation with longtime collaborator Plácido Domingo and performances by Domingo in Otello and Simon Boccanegra.
