Phillipa Soo, Josh Radnor, Dane DeHaan at SPACE on Ryder Farm Gala

SPACE on Ryder Farm held its first-annual Farm in the City gala on Monday, October 24 at Sun West Studios. The event was emceed by Josh Radnor.

Led by founding executive director Emily Simoness, SPACE on Ryder Farm provides artists with two-day to five-week residencies on the property of the oldest operating farm in Putnam County.

Time at SPACE provides artists and innovators the opportunity to create away from the stress and noise of everyday life in the company of others.

Residencies are centered around three farm fresh meals per day. Residents have flexibility and are strongly encouraged to structure their days to best suit the needs of their project. Residencies culminate in informal sharing of the work.
