PHOTO FLASH: Dee Dee Bridgewater, Rita Gardner, Melissa Manchester at Bistro Awards

The 27th annual Bistro Awards were held on Monday, April 23 at Gotham Comedy Club.

Honorees included Dee Dee Bridgewater, Melissa Manchester, Warren Vaché, Rita Gardner, Joyce Breach, and Aaron Weinstein, among others. The event featured performances by most of the award winners, and a total of 26 awards were given out during the evening, including one for Lifetime Achievement, which Kaye Ballard accepted via Skype from her friend, presenter Liz Smith. Comedian and actor Jim David served as host.
