PHOTO FLASH: Ethan Hawke, Janeane Garofalo, Natasha Lyonne, Morgan Spector at Russian Transport Opening

On Monday, January 30, The New Group production of Erika Sheffer’s Russian Transport opened at the Acorn Theatre at Theatre Row with Scott Elliott at the helm.

Opening night guests included Barrett Doss, Claybourne Elder, Halley Gross, Ethan Hawke, Evan Johnson, Natasha Lyonne, Anson Mount, Larisa Polonsky and Vladimir Versailles.

The play is a portrait of an immigrant Russian family in Sheepshead Bay. The company features Janeane Garofalo, Daniel Oreskes, Morgan Spector, Sarah Steele and Raviv Ullman.
